Looks like Chris Brown has found a new way of channelling his anger besides beating up people on the streets. The singer is now using writing to express how he feels and the first person to receive the heat from the "Loyal" singer is TMZ founder and Executive Producer, Harvey Levin!

Real Madrid confirm AC Milan friendly and refuse to deny Santiago Bernabeu will be renamed

Real Madrid will play AC Milan in a prestigious friendly in Dubai on December 30, Blancos director of institutional relations Emilio Butragueno has confirmed.

Butragueno was in Dubai on Monday together with Milan legend Franco Baresi to announce and promote the friendly, which will be played at the Dubai Sevens Stadium.

But the former Madrid striker was caught off guard when asked to confirm whether Real Madrid are negotiating a deal with IPIC (International Petroleum Investment Company) to rename their stadium from Santiago Bernabeu to Abu Dhabi Santiago Bernabeu.

A hesitant Butragueno said: "We are here to talk about this game and I think we should focus on that. This is our first game here in Dubai, a great opportunity. That [IPIC - Real Madrid] is a different matter."
Madrid president Florentino Perez unveiled plans for the €400 million renovation of the club's famous home last year and the construction magnate claimed much of the development would be paid for by the sale of naming rights for the ground.

'Shame on you, SA'

"Shame on you South Africa."

Those are the words of Irish Nobel Prize winner Betty Williams, who is boycotting the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates, to be held in Cape Town next month.
Williams is one of four women laureates who have said that they are pulling out of the summit because the Dalai Lama has been denied a visa to enter South Africa for the third time. The Tibetan spiritual leader has abandoned his plans to attend the summit.
In a scathing letter to fellow laureate retired archbishop Desmond Tutu, Williams lambasts the government, accusing it of forgetting the support foreigners gave the fight for democracy.
"It is with sadness that I am unable to join you. It is a sadness so profound it almost brings me to my knees. Oh South Africa, how can you do such a thing?" wrote Williams.

"Usher And I Can Compete In Dance"

Psquare stands one of Africa's biggest and most succesfull music groups and they are continuously making their fans proud mixing singing and dancing so beautifully. Plus realeasing their 6th studio album "Double Trouble" this year. But can they match US singer Usher Raymond when it comes to dance?
One of the group's members, Peter Okoye claims he can stand Usher on the dance floor after so many years in the choreography business.
In an interview with Beat 99.9 FM, the "Do Me" hit-maker agreed Usher aka his lost brother is one of the best when it comes to dance and singing in the world but he can also be beaten on the dance floor by him if the opportunity ever surfaces.
"We have danced for a very long time to compete even with the best in the world," Peter said on radio. "Usher is like a mentor, I watched him dance ever since I was young but I can match him now... after dancing for many years."
Well, it's not a bad thing to hit the battle floor with someone you truly admire so much but, wait, USHER.... REALLY?
Perhaps, Peter can try. As for his other half, Paul Okoye, he will just be a cheerleader since he's so scared of breaking his back. His brother called him Lazy - in the same radio interview - as the reason why he doesn't dance any more.

Afghanistan To Sign U.S. Security Agreement, Adviser Says

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — A senior adviser to U.S. President Barack Obama said Monday that Afghanistan will sign a deal Tuesday to allow American soldiers to remain in the country past the end of the year.
John Podesta, speaking to a news conference at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, said he didn't know if newly inaugurated President Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai would be the official signing the deal for Afghanistan.
Podesta said he would sign it on behalf of the U.S.
The deal will allow about 10,000 American troops to stay in the country after the international combat mission ends on Dec. 31.
The announcement comes after Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai was sworn in Monday as Afghanistan's new president, replacing Hamid Karzai in the country's first democratic transfer of power after the 2001 U.S.-led invasion toppled the Taliban.

Marvel releases images of new female Thor

Marvel released a peek at female Thor. The comics giant announced in July that their male hero of yore would now be a woman.
"The inscription on Thor’s hammer reads ‘Whosoever holds this hammer, if HE be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor.’ Well it’s time to update that inscription," said Marvel editor Wil Moss in a statement. "The new Thor continues Marvel’s proud tradition of strong female characters like Captain Marvel, Storm, Black Widow and more. And this new Thor isn’t a temporary female substitute – she’s now the one and only Thor, and she is worthy!
"This is not She-Thor. This is not Lady Thor. This is not Thorita. This is THOR,” said writer Jason Aaron. “This is the THOR of the Marvel Universe. But it’s unlike any Thor we’ve ever seen before."
Thor will be Marvel’s eighth comic featuring a female in its leading role, which the publisher says “aims to speak directly to an audience that long was not the target for Super Hero comic books in America: women and girls.”

Thousands of pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong undeterred by tear gas, barricades

Hong Kong's police on Monday defended their use of tear gas and other tactics to control protests that have paralyzed the city's financial district, appealing to the thousands gathered to demand more democracy to stop the unprecedented mass act of civil disobedience for the sake of safety and stability.
The employment of tear gas appeared to have backfired, judging from the growing crowds Monday as people finished work and joined weary-looking students camped on major roads near the city's government headquarters and in several other parts of Hong Kong.
"The students are protecting the right to vote, for Hong Kong's future. We are not scared, we are not frightened, we just fight for it," said Carol Chan, a 55-year-old civil service employee who took two days off to join the protests after becoming incensed over police use of tear gas on Sunday.
Instead of candlelight, a few hundred people staged a brief "mobile light" protest on Monday night, raising their mobile phones with their screens glowing into the air. One person chanted the name of the city's

ABIA SPEAKS: Say No to National Honour for T.A. Orji

How can any right thinking administration in Nigeria ever imagine that it should confer one of the supposedly revered Nigerian National Honours, Commander Of the Order of the Niger (CON) on the governor of Abia State, T.A. Orji, who has been under fire from well meaning stakeholders in the state for many weeks now, on account of his shoddy performance in office? If I may ask, what “good” has Goodluck Jonathan and his men seen in the maladministration by Abia’s T.A Orji, which should attract a National Honour? This is a governor who epitomizes “misgovernance” by all standards; a tyrant at the helm of affairs in the state that now hosts the dirtiest and most dilapidated city, and Umuahia, the pathetic excuse of a state capital in Nigeria.
Why honour a vindictive man under whose watch, Aba, once the commercial pride of the South-East region and nicknamed “Japan Of Africa”, became the pigsty of Nigeria, simply because Aba traders and residents pelted him with sachet water, because of his lacklustre governance of the state and negligence of Aba city?

Tips to Identify the Difference Between Love and Lust

In our world today, I’ve seen how intense sexual attraction is notorious for obliterating common sense and intuition in the most sensible people. Why? Lust is an altered state of consciousness programmed by the primal urge to procreate. Studies suggest that the brain in this phase is much like a brain on drugs. MRI scans illustrate that the same area lights up when an addict gets a fix of cocaine as when a person is experiencing the intense lust of physical attraction. Also in the early stage of a relationship, when the sex hormones are raging, lust is fueled by idealization and projection--you see what you hope someone will be or need them to be--rather than seeing the real person, flaws and all.
In my book “Guide to Intuitive Healing” I discuss the difference between lust and love as well as techniques to enhance sexual wellness. Pure lust is based solely on physical attraction and fantasy--it often dissipates when the “real person” surfaces. It’s the stage of wearing rose colored glasses when he or she “can do no

'Come home Ronaldo' - Manchester United fans fly banner during Real Madrid game

A banner urging Cristiano Ronaldo to return "home" to Manchester United has been flown over El Madrigal during Real Madrid's clash with Villarreal.

The Portugal forward has been linked with a move back to Old Trafford and one United fans' group is doing its bit to make it happen with a banner which read: 'Come home Ronaldo - United Reel'.

United Reel, which describes itself as an organisation for "die hard Manchester United fans from every corner of the globe", raised the funds ahead of Real's La Liga match at Villarreal on Saturday.

Sanchez dropped by Wenger for disrupting Arsenal's style

Alexis Sanchez has been an instant hit with Arsenal supporters since becoming the second-most expensive signing in the club's history.

Yet despite the €41 million forward's eye-catching goals, pace and industry, his early performances for the Londoners have not totally convinced Arsene Wenger.

Goal has learned that Sanchez has been dropped by the manager from the starting XI for Arsenal's last two Premier League matches for slowing down the team's well-established passing game.

Wenger reacted to Arsenal's limp 2-0 defeat at Borussia Dortmund in their Champions League opener a fortnight ago by axing Sanchez and replacing him for the trip to Aston Villa with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Arsenal triumphed 3-0 at Villa Park and Wenger repeated the formula for last Saturday's 1-1 draw against Tottenham, with Oxlade-Chamberlain smashing in the equaliser.

Real Madrid tell Ronaldo: Manchester United move is not happening

Real Madrid have made it clear to Cristiano Ronaldo that they have no intention of allowing him to return to Manchester United this summer, Goal understands.

New Old Trafford manager Louis van Gaal publicly stated an interest in signing the 29-year-old last week, but the Champions League holders have ruled out the possibility of Ronaldo leaving the Bernabeu at the end of the season and have refused to discuss a price for the forward.

Ronaldo, who has endured an ambivalent relationship with Madrid despite record breaking achievements in his five years there, has regularly expressed his “love” for United, encouraging hope of an Old Trafford return.

Extensive efforts were made to put together a deal to re-sign the forward in 2013 before his contract renewal with Madrid and the subject has been floated again this year, with United having already spent an unprecedented sum of over €257 million on transfer fees alone.

8 Ways to Heal When Love Hurts

Sometimes our loved ones hurt us. Dads can get physical or disappear from our lives. Moms can betray us with their anger and lack of support. A best friend can shock us by turning their backs on us. A spouse can be unfaithful and destroy our trust. Our children can take a destructive path that is sure to crush our heart. These are some of the big hurts in life that leave us wondering how we will ever heal.
But there are little hurts too that can build into mountains of resentment if we don't address them. Angry words are exchanged during an argument. A friend neglects your friendship. People take you for granted without even knowing it. Your child rejects you in a moment of hurt and frustration.
To hang on to hurt or anger is destructive to our emotional, spiritual, physical and relational health. It drains our energy, strains our relationships, and zaps the joy from our life. So how do we heal our heart when love hurts? Here are some suggestions to help you move beyond the hurt and get on with enjoying life.

Life after divorce; how does a woman pick up the pieces of her life and move on?
Like I always tell people, old things have passed away, and all things have become new. I would say that you just have to put it behind you.
There might be a situation that you might have to visit some other time, but for the meantime, you have to forget about it and focus on whatever you need to do to make it in life, and also make your children amount to something, rather than dwelling in the past, because if you do, you wouldn’t move forward.

APC WILL SACK Jonathan FROM ASO ROCK.- Gov Okorocha

Governor of Imo state, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has advised President Goodluck Jonathan to start preparing his handover notes now, as “the All Progressive Congress, (APC) is putting finishing touch to take over Aso Rock in 2015″.
Okorocha read the riot act in Owerri, when he played host to APC local government chairmen from the 36 states of the federation, gathered in the city to celebrate his 52nd birthday.
“Come 2015, APC will be in Aso Rock but we must be aggressive to drag PDP and its members out of the Presidency and indeed, Nigeria”, Governor Okorocha said.
While reasuring APC loyalists that the party will win the presidential election, come 2015, Okorocha equally said that PDP's time was over in the history of Nigerian politics.
The Governor promised that if given the opportunity to rule Nigeria, he would fight Boko Haram insurgents to a halt through the decentralization of power to the grassroot.
He noted that what inspired him to join politics was to render humanitarian service to the less privileged ones in the society, pointing out that this made him to introduce free education programme from primary to the tertiary level in the state.
Okorocha urged APC members to participate in the revalidation of voters cards, adding that this would make them cast their vote during the 2015 general election.
His Statement below:
“I have the capacity to govern the Federal Republic of Nigeria. I must also make it abundantly clear that the PDP and indeed, President Goodluck Jonathan, cannot defeat me in the forthcoming general election”, Okorocha boasted.
He however pointed out that he will not run unless the masses ask him to run, stressing that his mission in Nigeria has not been actualized.
“My mission in Nigeria is yet to be fully actualized. This is largely as a result of the activities of the elites, who have denied me several opportunities to serve my people.
“You all must understand that Nigeria can be better if the masses elect a credible leader to rule the country.”

Segun Arinze's opinion on Nigerian celebrities going into Politics

“Someone who decides to run or come into an office knows why he or she decided to run for that office in the first place. I don’t think they are going into politics for the money. I’m not going to be one of the people who would come out and say they are going into politics for the money. But they are going there to positively affect society.”
