EKEDC SUPRISES KIRIKIRI RESIDENTS!!!!!

The residents of kirikiri town in lagos state are all filled with surprise as  EKEDC does wonders, since PHCN handed over to EKEDC they have never had steady power supply, but to their greatest surprise they all witnessed a 24 HOURS uninterrupted power supply form yesterday 06/05/2014 4:00 pm - 07/05/2014 4: 20pm, nevertheless they are still wondering what happened, some say its as a result of NERC scraping the fixed N750, as steady power supply will now be their only means of generating revenue others say its just for formality sake that they only want to entice debtors who were disconnected to pay their various bills.
one of the residents told our reporters that they were shocked when the light stayed all through the night, he became more surprised when EKDC dint sieze the light up till around 12 noon then he concluded that the scraping of the fixed N750n charge was the reason behind their actions he also did not forget to appreciate
their good works, he added that if they will continue this way that paying their bills wont be a problem, he said their attitude towards power supply is a very big discouragement to the citizens of this country, "you dont expect someone to leave his house very early in the morning and come back late at night only to come back and meet darkness at the end of the day you expect him or her to pay for light, which light is he/her paying for?" my brother money doesnt grow on trees those were his last statements.
