He was very appreciative.
It was witnessed by Nigeria's former Information Minister Prof. Dora Akunyili, Owelle Pius Idigo, Prof. Joseph Asike, Igwe Nteje Rowland Odegbo, Anambra Info commissioner Joe Martins Uzodike, etc. Gov Obiano said.
